The Postdoctoral Research Training Program, the most extensive of the four programs, provides the opportunity for recent doctoral degree recipients to enhance their research skills in the resource-rich Masonic Medical Research Institute (MMRI) environment.
Those accepted to the MMRI Postdoctoral Research Training Program will be expected to further their own disciplinary competence, gain new competence in other disciplines germane to cardiac research, and gain the experience, skills, and credentials needed to join a new generation of scientific leaders
The Postdoctoral Research Training Program provides an opportunity for scientists and physicians from all over the world to spend a period of one to several years as postdoctoral research trainees or fellows. Many graduates of this program have gone on to become eminent scientists and physicians the world over.
