The Battle Within Foundation Donates $25,000 for PTSD Research

To better understand the cause and effect of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), The Battle Within Foundation (BWF) announced a first round $25,000 donation to the Masonic Medical Research Institute (MMRI).

It is a chilling fact that approximately 20 heroes a day commit PTSD-associated suicide, making it the number one cause of death among American military members, outranking war, cancer, heart disease, homicide, transportation accidents, and other causes.
