Cell Tissue Research Support

The Histology Core is a fully staffed core facility that functions as a user laboratory and an all-inclusive service core. The core's mission is to sustain and foster competitive, innovative and interdisciplinary science within our institute and with our academic and industry partners. The Histology Core aims to assist and enable researchers in all state-of-the-art histological techniques. It provides expert services and consultation to rapidly initiate novel research goals and aims.

The Histology Core provides various histological services, including:

  • Tissue fixation and processing
  • Paraffin
  • Common and advanced histological stains
  • Immunohistochemistry
  • Fluorescence staining
